1. Who We Are

• Mail: 1917 1/2 Westwood Blvd #2, Los Angeles, CA 90025
• Phone: 323-310-1792
• Email: [email protected]
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — including specific rights for California residents.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you complete a quote request, survey, or contact form, or speak with us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, mailing/property address, and information relevant to an insurance quote — such as your current insurance status, current carrier and premium, property details (type, age, roof age, square footage), claims history, vehicle information, age range, tobacco use, and coverage goals. Some of this may be considered sensitive personal information under California law.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we may automatically collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies — including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the advertising campaign or keyword that brought you to us (for example, via Google Ads parameters). See Section 6 (Cookies and Tracking).
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for adults.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Respond to your request and prepare and present insurance quotes;
• Determine, in a preliminary way, whether your home, vehicle, or situation may be eligible for the coverage we offer;
• Contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and related insurance products and services (see Section 5);
• Submit applications and information to insurance carriers on your behalf when you choose to proceed;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
• Measure and improve our advertising; and
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to serve you and run our business:
• Insurance carriers and underwriters — to obtain quotes and submit applications when you choose to move forward.
• Service providers — companies that help us operate, such as our CRM and marketing platform, telephony/SMS providers, email providers, hosting, and analytics. They are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
• Program partners — if a coverage program requires or offers a third-party product (for example, a smart water-shutoff device program), we may direct you to that partner. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 7 for how California law treats "sale" and "sharing" for cross-context advertising, and your right to opt out.
5. Communications and Consent (Calls, Texts, Email)
When you submit a form and provide your phone number and consent, you authorize us to contact you — including by automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS/text — at the number and email you provide, about insurance products and services, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a quote or policy you've requested.
We retain records of the consent you provide, including the date, time, and the form you submitted.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our analytics and advertising providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which ads and keywords lead to inquiries. This may include Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools may set cookies and collect identifiers tied to your device and browsing.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of certain Google advertising features via Google's Ads Settings and the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info. For how to limit "sharing" under California law, see Section 7.
7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
• Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose to.
• Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell your information for money; to the extent our use of advertising cookies constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, you may opt out.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — direct us to limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services you requested.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected] or 323-310-1792. We will verify your request (and may ask for information to confirm your identity) and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Categories collected in the past 12 months (CCPA categories): identifiers; personal records (such as name, contact, and property/vehicle details you provide); commercial information; internet/network activity; geolocation (general, from IP); and inferences used to match you to coverage. Sensitive personal information may include information you provide for underwriting purposes. We collect these for the purposes described in Section 3 and retain them as described in Section 9.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain required insurance and consent records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site and messages may link to third-party websites (for example, an insurance carrier or a device-program partner). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
